How do I return an item?

- Returns -


  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for items ordered incorrectly.
  • Please contact us for an RMA# before returning products as all products returned without an RMA number will be refused.
  • No closeout or discontinued items are eligible for return
  • If package is refused at delivery to your shipping address by you the customer you will be charged the shipping to your location and the return shipping.
  • A 25% restocking fee is applied for any orders that are returned that are no fault of Creative Gift Packaging Inc. with the exception if you the customer is willing to accept a product credit that will be applied to any future orders.
  • Please note that any return must be in new and unused condition and special orders for non- stock products are not eligible for refunds.
  • All seasonal merchandise cannot be returned within 45 days of the season or Holiday ( For example: No Christmas merchandise will be accepted after Nov 11th.
  • If you receive free shipping on your order and the order is returned the free shipping is voided and you are responsible for the shipping to your location as well as the return shipping.
  • If you receive the $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping on your order and the order is returned you will be responsible for the difference in shipping cost if it cost more than the $6.99 flat rate shipping.
