Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours

The day the package ships is not counted as a day in transit, however the day it arrives does.
UPS does not run on major Holidays

Exceptions to our shipping cutoff include orders with:

Address Problems:

    • Please ensure you provide the correct street address and any P.O Boxes you have when placing orders.
    • We ship with a variety of carriers including UPS and the US Postal Service.
    • Address corrections take a lot of time and could cause a delay in processing your order.

Payment Problems:

  • Orders not paid for by 12pm EST will ship the next business day regardless of order placement time.
  • Sometimes we may suspect a fraud situation and we will contact you before shipping your order.
  • Declined or cancelled payments will also result in delay or cancellation of your order

Inventory Discrepancies:

  • Very rarely we may encounter a problem where our inventory on hand does not match our inventory in our online system.
  • When this occurs we will place the order on hold and attempt to call you and correct the issue.
  • If we are unable to reach you in a reasonable amount of time we will remove the missing item(s) from your order and ship the remaining items.
  • If you have selected to cancel and ship any items out of stock then we will remove the items and ship immediately.

Carrier Delays:

    • Our Shipping Policy only covers what we can control.
    • Occasionally due to things outside of our control the shipping carrier my encounter delays in delivering your order.
    • Weather, "Act of God", Natural Disasters, and War delays are not covered by the carriers guarantees. For any other delays, the carrier will generally refund shipping and we will refund your shipping cost if you request we do so.
