Minimum Order: We do not require a minimum order, however smaller orders carry a higher freight charge due to carriers charge a flat fee based on the first pound. To avoid paying higher freight charges you can place a $25 or higher order. There is a $2 handling charge included in the shipping for all orders under $25.
Ordering and Shipping in the USA: We ship via UPS (within the 48 contiguous states). Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states into AK, HI and US Territories are shipped by USPS..
Ordering and Shipping Information for Canada:All shipments to Canada ship UPS standard and can take 10-14 business days to clear customs and arrive. The shipping calculated at checkout covers all shipping costs in the US only. Your country may charge duties, taxes etc. We do not have the ability to estimate these costs when placing the order amd these costs will be the responsibility of you the customer.
Shipping International Orders: We do ship to the UK, however shipping is fairly expensive. Please add your items to you cart and proceed to checkout and it will give you a shipping estimate. If you receive a notice that shipping is unavailable please place your order and we will contact you with a shipping total and you may choose whether to proceed or cancel your order.
Ordering On-line: After you add your first order selection to your cart, the site will send you to the login page. There you may login or register as a new customer. Our website is secure and you can order with confidence.
Ordering By Phone: Call us toll-free 1-866-443-8706 from anywhere in the US and Canada. Telephone Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM (EST). Please be prepared with your credit card information and have the stock numbers available for the items you wish to purchase. We ask that you have your order ready when you call as this allows us to process your order and assist all customers with faster service.
Ordering By Fax or Mail: To fax us your order call 704-482-7145. We do not recommend ordering by fax or letter mail since we cannot give you accurate totals or let you know the availability of the products you have ordered. You also run the risk of providing incomplete order information which may delay shipment of your order. You can charge your purchase by using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Customers who wish to mail a money order with their order should add the items to their cart and calculate shipping first. Orders without the correct shipping total will not be processed. Orders in our system waiting for money orders will run a risk of backorders as we do not hold inventory without your payment and orders by credit card will only be secured. On-line ordering is available directly on our secure website and you will find this process much easier and convienent than orders by fax or mail.
Product Information and Pricing: Product prices and descriptions are correct at the time of listing and are subject to change without prior notice. Please be aware that the colors of products on our website may differ slightly due to different monitor settings. Colors may also differ with each manufacturer lot and are not guaranteed to be exact with each order.

Shipping & Handling : All orders for in stock products placed by 11:00 am EST will ship the same day if placed Monday-Friday (excluding all major holidays). We provide a fast turnaround and fast shipments so it may not always be possible to make changes or additions to your order since orders are released immediately to our warehouse upon receipt of your order. If you need to add merchandise, we will be happy to place an additional order for you.
