Our cone shaped cello bags are perfect for Crafts, fundraisers, Christmas gifts, Easter and more. These cellophane bags are FDA approved for food use and are perfect for creating crafts or to use as basket fillers.

Hot Chocolate Cones (4 servings)

3/4 cup cocoa
2 cone shaped cello bags
2 clear rubber bands
Scissors
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup mini marshmallows
 
Pour the cocoa mix into one of the bags. Close the bag with a clear rubber band, then trim the end of the bag one inch above the band.
Place the cocoa filled bag into the second bag and flatten its top so that the end does not stick up
Layer the chocolate chips and the marshmallows. Secure the other bag with the other rubber band.
You can then tie a ribbon around the top.


You can also fill them with Jordan almonds, candy corn, jelly beans, conversation hearts, mints, and other small treats.
